1. We will never charge any of our clients (buyers or sellers) any upfront fees.  We will only be paid for our services performed. 
2. Our buyers agents are free for home buyers in all typical transactions.  We typically get paid a commission fee from the sellers brokerage that the seller agrees to pay in his listing agreement.
3. We guarantee your satisfaction.  If at anytime prior to going under contract, you are not happy with any of our agents, we will work out an agreement to make it right for you or cancel your contract.
