Agent costs and fees

We are a 100% commission company. 

We do everything we can to provide you with exactly what you need to succeed, but we keep our agent costs and broker fees low.

You make 100% of your commissions minus our transaction fees. 

we have no commission splits 

no franchise fees

no office fees

no desk fees.

We currently offer 2 different plans for residential agents:

1.  $3000 per year cap if paid upfront or out of your 1st closing.

Or 

2.  $3,500 per year cap if fees are divided into 3 separate payments paid out of your first 3 closings.

There is a $199 Admin processing fee attached to each closing (can be paid by the clients as an escrow fee).  This covers your E&O insurance, the transaction processing, review and all the technology we have for you to run your cloud-based business. Agents can choose to pay this for their clients if they wish, out of their proceeds, as a closing gift.
